Beauty Bloggers, You-Tube Reviewers, etc: we appreciate your interest , but we do not currently give out free products for reviews. You are more than welcome to sign up for our Rewards Program and share your referral link on your blog, channel, etc. This is a great way to get free products and earn some wonderful coupons!
Are your products Vegan? While most of our products are Vegan, we from time to time offer products using beeswax or goat's milk (locally sourced). We list all ingredients used on our product pages.
Do you send out free samples?
We do not currently offer free samples. If you sign up for our rewards program, you can get some amazing products with some great coupons, though.
Lost items in cart:
Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that you'll be able to purchase it at a later time. It IS possible for an item to sell out while in your cart.
Do you offer Wholesale?
We do offer wholesale. Please see our Wholesale Page for more info. We currently do NOT do private labeling or sale on consignment.
My product is changing colors:
Some of the scents we use have a high vanillan content. This can cause products to change colors or darken over time (especially in deodorants). The products are still 100% ok to use. This is purely cosmetic issue. We will not refund or replace items due to this occurrence.
My Soap looks a bit different than the picture shown:
We make everything in very small batches. Some variances between batches will occur.
My favorite scent was discontinued. Can I still order it?
Unfortunately we have discontinued our special orders for discontinued scents. We recommend following us on social media, or signing up for our newsletter. We usually post when a scent/product is being discontinued and if there are any specials going on!
Can I cancel my order or make changes?
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes. Some orders can not be canceled, such as Wholesale Orders, custom orders and sale items.
We want you to love your order! If you're not happy with your purchase, please return the item(s) for a refund or store credit. We will refund the cost of your order minus shipping charges. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. We will not accept returns after the 10 day period. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us if you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, or store credit. (minus shipping charges) So that we may process your return or refund, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you're returning. You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. We will issue the return or store credit (minus shipping charges) when we receive your items.
All items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept items that have been used.
We are unable to accept returns on custom orders, wholesale orders and sale items.
I'm not getting my reward points emails:
You must accept marketing when setting up your account. Our rewards coupons are sent out via email. We can not replace those coupons, so please make sure you are able to receive them and that your address is correct. We promise not to Spam or sale your email account.
Orders are usually shipped with in 3 to 5 business days. Most ship with in 24 hours (when paying via paypal). We ship orders 5 days a week.
If paying by credit card via the Shopify gateway (Stripe), your order will be held until the payment clears. This can take up to 4 days. This does not apply to paying by credit card through PayPal. You do not need an account with Paypal to check out with this option.
We are not responsible for any additional charges due to a package considered "undeliverable" or misdelivered by USPS, or returned to us for ANY reason.
We are not responsible for any packages that are considered lost or unclaimed. Once an order is shipped, we cannot be responsible for you not getting it for any reason. If we have confirmation of delivery, then you are responsible for it after that. We are a small business, and cannot afford to replace orders that we get a delivery confirmation for. We are happy to help you file a missing package claim.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES: If a package is returned due to incorrect address provided at check-out, the buyer will be responsible for additional postage before any items are reshipped. Replacement orders will only be shipped out if the original package is returned to us and the buyer pays for additional postage (shipping and handling.)
We are currently only shipping International orders from our Etsy shop at this time.
All orders paid for via the Shopify credit card gateway will be held until the payment clears. This usually takes 4 business days. This does not apply to credit card payments processed through PayPal. You do NOT need a paypal account to check out this way.
Payment must be received before we start your order.
Wholesale can take up to 6 weeks.
Custom Orders can take up to 3 weeks.
If you need your custom or wholesale order rushed, we will be happy to do so for an up charge.
